We understand the key value drivers of your business
Why? Because we ask!
Having more than 40 person years experience in implementing CRM in the Financial Services industry, helps us to understand clients’ objectives for implementing a new system that much quicker. We invest significant time at an executive level to ask the right questions and to categorically understand what our clients must get out of the new system. In some instances clients seek to find more revenue, in others it’s all about profit, cost saving and maximising efficiency is often a priority, especially in tough economic times. No matter what the client’s objective, we make it the number one priority for the entire team engaged with the client to understand the objective(s) for implementing a new system so that as solution specialists, we can carve out the space in which the solution will be operating, defining clear, measurable targets for the new system so that it doesn’t become a “jack of all trades” system. If the system’s objectives aren’t clearly defined it will encroach on territories for which there are other, industry best-of-breed solutions.
Understanding a client’s business drivers means that we can recommend designs, templates, configurations, modules, methods and other content to meet specific commercial objectives. Recommending a solution is a stark contrast to the usual “requirements definition” where some vendors expect their clients to guide them on the features and functionality to be included in a thick specification document. At i-Intelligence we are output focussed. When a client approaches us with a clear commercial objective, we will focus on implementing the solution to achieve targets and achieving targets will become the ultimate measure for success.
We maximize end-user adoption
Having a feature and functionality rich system means little to a company’s bottom line if those features are not (a.) Deployed appropriately and (b.) Actually used by the system end-users.
Our User Adoption offering addresses the latter point by maintaining a CRM presence through one-on-one training beyond the go-live date. This offering has been designed to complement classroom based training and without being intrusive on end-users’ time we help them quickly identify those key areas which were designed to help them with their day-to-day jobs. We assist users for example in capturing call reports or updating pipeline information on the live system. Nothing beats winning over a user’s confidence when you spend time helping them to prepare their sales funnel for the upcoming weekly sales meeting!
We also work closely with the client’s business team to ensure that external processes and controls are considered and often updated to encourage maximum usage of the new system. In addition to making sure the solution adds value to the users’ professional lives, we also ensure that the desired system objectives are supported by controls such as mandating reports from the system as the authoritative report in particular instances. A sales pipeline report may for example be used by management to optimize its own sales cycles. Mandating the pipeline report developed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM® as the authoritative pipeline report means that unless the numbers are actually captured in the system they cannot be claimed as an opportunity.
We have rich technical product expertise
i-Intelligence has established itself as an authority on Microsoft Dynamics CRM® 4.0, having built up particular expertise in developing enhancements and even custom modules using the official Microsoft Software Development Kit (SDK). Our development process includes strict adherence to standards and thorough quality assurance. We have succeeded to remain innovative in the custom solutions we have developed for clients while adhering to strict development guidelines. This means that the client receives high quality enhancements which remain compatible with future versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM®.
In particular, i-Intelligence has accumulated significant experience in integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM® and various back office systems typically found within the Financial Services industry. We have dedicated integration specialists, people who are experts at Microsoft Dynamics CRM® integration methods and techniques.
In addition to general technical expertise, i-Intelligence has also developed various techniques, methods and know-how with regards to sales pipeline reporting, corporate governance controls, leads routing and distribution specifically. Building a Microsoft Dynamics CRM® view isn’t necessarily a complex task but it is however imperative to design forms, dashboards and work benches which ensure that the end-users interact with their leads efficiently. We know how to build these interfaces to ensure minimal disruption to the end-user’s day-to-day activities. Features and functionality does not necessarily translate into something useful which adds value in a user’s professional life. The acid test for us is to have high user adoption rates and confirmation from the end-user directly that the system has made it “easier” and “quicker” to fulfil their job at a new level and being able to reconcile this sentiment back to the company’s measures for success.
Intellectual property collected over the years has recently culminated in the development of an add-on module for Microsoft Dynamics CRM® which graphically represents relationships between entities in the system. Having a visual landscape is critical to understand the interconnectivity between people, organizations, existing products and communications when an organization’s ability to sell effectively is dependent on how well it understands its individual clients’ product portfolio, interaction history, relationships with potentially restricted entities and more.
